Therapy is a space where feelings, thoughts, dreams, and memories are welcomed and explored.

I am a therapist who currently only works through tele-therapy using Zoom, a secure, HIPAA-compliant, high-quality, online platform that connects us for each therapy session. If you are a resident of Oregon or California and are interested in doing individual or couples therapy work via tele-therapy, I would welcome seeing you for a consultation to determine whether it feels like a good fit for you.

When working with individuals, I draw primarily from psychodynamic and Gestalt approaches to help provide relief from the pain that blocks the way to a fulfilled self and life. Together, as we begin to better understand your present experience, we are able to work through unsatisfying patterns toward a more robust sense of self and an expanded capacity for creativity, work, and love.

When working with couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in concert with a psychodynamic approach to help you move from the pain and isolation of disconnection to the joy and intimacy of connection. Collaboratively, we identify and de-escalate negative cycles, restructure obstructive patterns, rebuild trust, and practice strengthening the emotional bond so that you can begin to enjoy and appreciate each other once again.
